Important Notice For Medicare Patients

Due to current federal regulations, at this time APX Sports Medicine is unable to provide general medical services to patients enrolled in Medicare. However, we are permitted to offer PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections to Medicare patients. If you are a Medicare patient interested in PRP treatments, please contact our office to learn more about your options.

Direct Pay Organization

We are a direct pay organization and are Out-Of-Network with all insurances. This means we do not submit bills to insurance on your behalf. Payment for all services is due at the time of visit. We offer Reimbursify at no cost to help you easily submit out-of-network insurance claims for potential reimbursement.
